Updated healers assistants for MoP Classic – the programs no longer heal raid members affected by Parasitic Growth.

- Dispel is now used on all group and raid members, not just on the one with the lowest health;
- added support for Tsulong healing: if he is targeted, the program will not switch to healing players until their health drops below 40%;
